Born in Ormskirk in 1983, Adam was introduced to music as soon as possible. Although his parent’s records where those of The Who, Bowie, Lennon, David Essex, Supertramp, ELO etc.. Adam began to study classical piano with a local professional at the age of 5. 10 years and 7 ABRSM grades (all at Distinction) later, Adam moved on to study and complete his Grade 8 (also with distinction) under Jolande Van Bergen.
After completing Music A-Levels, he went on to study the piano at diploma level under renowned concert pianist Richard Casey, a revolutionary on the 20th Century performers circuit.
Adam went on to commence study for his BMus degree at the University of Manchester.
Around this time Adam supported his study with the composition of music for film, particularly for Film Degree students making their final year production.
Music composition and production for moving image is of particular interest to him.
A competent player of Jazz, Classical, & Modern Styles, Adam has enjoyed many recitals, sessions and performances, including those for public figures such as Gerrard Houllier, Phil Thompson, & David Blunkett. He has appeared on the South Bank Show, as part of a project involving renowned composer James MacMillan. As well as a host of prestigious popular public venues and hotels for corporate events, weddings, etc Adam has had the benefit of playing for audiences at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Cosmo Rodewald Concert Hall, and the Manchester Apollo, as well as touring European countries including Jersey & Italy with Orchestras.
Adam now resides in Burscough with his wife Amy, & daughters Carmella & Camille.
