Our History
Based in the heart of West Lancashire, the Adam Christopher School of Musical Excellence (ACSME) is a professional educational business with the aim of enriching the musical development of students of all ages.
This is achieved by ensuring personal progress for every student, attaining the best possible grades through the most prestigious examination boards in the country, and giving every individual who studies with us the real opportunity to perform to their full potential.
ACSME was founded in 2006 by our Principal; Adam Christopher - an accomplished pianist himself. The organisation made the Burscough Village Community its home in early 2011, with a single room studio on the trendy Burscough Wharf development, growing into its current home; a luxury 7-studio school on the same site in 2019. In this time the school has grown to a team of 8 friendly and professional tutors.
Through the variety of entertainment, projects and musical work that the organisation is involved in, it is our mission to touch lives, young and old, in that special way that only music can.
